An Oscar Wild tale of unrequited love of a nightingale who sings all night, so that a young man can give his love a beautiful red rose. She sacrifices her life but sadly all in vain.
I was short listed for this artwork at the highly regarded V&A Student Awards in 2005. It was a wonderful opportunity to meet many other artist & illustrators and experts in the Illustration field. An independent web critic of Cherwell24 Dannielle Ivory commented on my work by saying "she does despair beautifully" and "her use of empty space is haunting rather than hollow."
Look for the camera icon below, I have show these as examples of how my artwork would look if they were framed or printed onto canvas. Please contact me if you would like to see how any of my other artworks could look.
